Authorization aspects
In the energy field, the management of authorisation processes can prove complex and in some cases difficult to interpret due to constantly changing regulations.
Absolute competence, knowledge and constant updating in legislative matters are necessary to be able to proceed with authorisation processes in complete safety, reducing to zero the risk of running into problems that could prolong construction times or, in the worst cases, prevent work from progressing.
Biowaste follows the customer in the development of authorisation procedures by interfacing directly with the grid operator, municipal, regional and national authorities. In particular, we perform:
Analysis of current authorisation processes and diagnosis of current or potential problems and/or possible bureaucratic obstacles;
Conducting permitting processes aimed at obtaining authorization for plant construction and operation;
Coordination activities during permitting processes;
Management, optimization and organization of all digital and/or paper documentation of authorization practices and computerized procedures;
