Startup
Testing and Start-up of Biogas, Biomethane and Wastewater Treatment Plants.
A team consisting of biologists, engineers, and technicians is involved in the testing and start-up phases of the plant, which undergoes a series of functional tests (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, chemical).
The testing of the plant includes the following time steps:
Static testing;
Electromechanical testing;
Startup with water or effluent to be treated;
Signing of the acceptance report;
Hydraulic testing;
Start-up with mains water;
Plant acceptance testing;
During the testing and start-up phases, Biowaste’s technical staff supports the operators designated to run the plant for the time necessary for their training.
