EAL compost’s Biogas & Biomethane plant in Terranova dei Passeggini (Lodi) is a virtuous example of circular economy. In fact, its purpose is to give new life to waste to produce renewable energy.
We are proud to have given the plant a significant ecological boost through an anaerobic digestion section built by Biowaste for the combined production of electricity and thermal energy that is partly reused in the process itself.
In fact, with Biowaste’s intervention, EAL Compost was able to increase the amount of non-hazardous waste to be treated within the plant.
